This applies to all orders purchased directly from the Looope website.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must contact us and provide your proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), we only accept the return of Products if:
we accept that the Products were faulty or damaged at the time of delivery, in which case we will replace or repair the Products or credit your Credit Card Account with a full refund; or if you have received a Product from us that is different to your order, we will replace the incorrect Product with the correct Product or credit your Credit Card Account with a full refund.
All faulty or damaged products must be returned to us so we can inspect and confirm that it is faulty. All Products returned must be in their original condition and packaging along with any accompanying accessories, with an explanation for returning the Products.
All incorrect deliveries must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging along with any accompanying accessories, unused and resaleable, with an explanation for returning the Products.
All bonus products such as gifts with purchases and promotions should be returned with the original purchase.
We will arrange for the collection of your incorrectly supplied/damaged goods. This will be at our cost where such charges are our responsibility under the CGA, otherwise, you will be liable for all delivery and insurance charges incurred in respect of returned goods. If you return a product to us that is not faulty or is found to be damaged due to customer’s negligence, you may be liable for an inspection fee and freight charges to return the product to you.
How to claim?
Please contact us immediately on email@example.com with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
